2 ways to use peach Schnapps

I was recently gifted a bottle of schnapps and decided to try my hand at a couple of recipes. Since we are on the border of the end of summer and all things fall, I decided to create two cocktails, one for each season!

For summer i chose a light and refreshing peach sangria. I used a peach wine i picked up from Aldi for $3.49! This is a seasonal item and i’ve seen it go quickly so it may not be the easily accessible. You can use another peach wine if you can find it though like this Stella Rosa Peach from total wine linked here. I also added moscato, but you could use another white wine if you’d like it less sweet.

For Fall I chose an apple cider mimosa with peach schnapps. I love making a seasonal mimosa and this one with apple cider and peach is sooo yummy. I used Prosecco, but a Cava or any sparking wine works. Check out both recipes below for the deets!
